一开始没有思路在网上搜,发现google有个插件叫Thumbnails,然后看到了这篇文章:

思路很简单,按一定的比例压缩图片,如果压缩完大小达不到要求,就把压缩后的结果继续压缩,直到符合要求为止
本文可以说是对原文作者代码的改进,去除了一些多余的IO过程,把递归改成了循环,并且把文件操作改为了流和字节数组的操作(也是更符合公司的业务代码一些)
