Installing prerequisites for NeutronAdmin's lua portion

Install the web files first

You need to install either tMySQL or MySQLoo. You install the one that you find you need for other MySQL based addons as well.

tMySQL

You may also want to use the socket module for Garry's Mod with NeutronAdmin if you do not want to use RCon or MySQL as your main form of communication with your server(s). Keep in mind you still need tMySQL or MySQLoo for certain things.
