Requirements:
Webserver
- MySQL database with remote connections enabled
- PDO MySQL enabled in php config
- BCMath enabled in php config
- OpenID/OpenSSL installed and enabled in php config
- Optional SMTP mailserver. Alternatively emails can be routed through NeutronAdmin.com.
I recommend using [gameswitchers.co.uk] for webhosting as they're quite cheap and definitely meet the NeutronAdmin requirements
Garry's Mod server
- MySQLoo or tMySQL modules
- Optional RCon enabled
- Optional socket module
