Installing NeutronAdmin's lua portion
* Drop the files from "Lua files" in the neutronadmin-complete.zip into your main Garry's Mod servers directory (where the addons folder, gamemodes folder etc is located) and let the "addons" folder merge with your servers "addons" folder.
