Requirements:
Webserver
- MySQL database with remote connections enabled
- PDO MySQL enabled in php config
- BCMath enabled in php config
- url_allow_fopen enabled in your php.ini
- Optional SMTP mailserver. Alternatively emails can be routed through NeutronAdmin.com.
- Use fsockopen optionally
